Four-stars plastimont
Description
This is a four pointed star style of knob with a point to point dimension of 40mm and is suitable for M5 and M6 hex style threaded inserts.
Advantages
Flexibility as far as the insert is concerned. Customer fits the hex male or female fastener of their choice, in the material they choose.
Qualities This Plastimont body is open (without a cover plug) and as such is better suited as a female fastener, but as a male fastener the head of the chosen insert will be on show. A cover plug is available as a separate item, on request.

An ideal solution for applications where the fastener is a visible part of the assembly.
