Retaining spacers
Description
This retaining / anti-loss spacer, is a spacer with two retaining lips within the inside diameter, which are captured by the screw thread holding the screw and spacer in position. This provides the anti-loss facility espcially useful in pre-assembly of the fastener with a component.
Advantages
Ease of pre-assembly. Prevents loss of loose screws and spacer befor tightening is required.
Qualities Ideal where a spacer is required with components prior to final assembly.
usage
Use in applications where loss of loose screw and spacer is an issue. (Transportation of untightened sub assemblies for example)
