The personal information that may be collected on the Bülte website is mainly used by the editor for the management of the relationship with you, and if necessary for the processing of your orders.

Right of access, rectification and removal of your data

Each person also has the right to dereference and the right to portability of personal data that he or she has transmitted to the controller.

All requests must be accompanied by a photocopy of a valid identity document signed by the applicant and mention the address at which the publisher can contact the applicant. The reply will be sent within one month of receipt of the request. This one-month period may be extended by two months if the complexity of the request and/or the number of requests require it.

Since the law N°2016-1321 of October 7, 2016, people who so wish, have the possibility to organize the fate of their data after their death.

Use of the data

The personal data collected on our site is used to process orders, manage the commercial relationship (deliveries, invoices, after-sales service) and inform you of our commercial news, either after having obtained your express consent or within the limits authorized by law.
